Availability of ZIM Support

The IT support staff will process your ticket requests as quickly as possible Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM and on Fridays from 9 AM to 1 PM. During these hours, the IT support team may also contact you by phone if needed. If required, you can also reach us by phone at 0851-509-1888.
